Members receive 24 hour access to The Gym facilities.

Staffed Hours

Monday-Friday:
7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 am – 12:00 pm

We are a locally owned and a family run fitness center, whose number one goal is to help others better themselves. We are a small town establishment that aims to welcome all fitness levels. We have a variety of cardio equipment, nautlius weight machines, free weights, and a half court basketball court. We offer fitness classes including silver sneakers class. We have a variety of membership options with no hidden fees or start up costs. We have 24hr access available along with staffed hours.
